Their entrepreneurship features a Business Plan Competition and re-entry programs are proven solutions that deliver a 4 fold reduction in recidivism, maximizing self-sufficiency and transforming broken lives. In short, this program works and improves our communities. TechKnowledge owner, Dave Jacobs, continues to be an advocate for the program.
